Figure skate sharpening requires extra time and care to perform correctly so that the sweet spot behind the pick is properly maintained, and the heel of the blade is not rounded off.

What is a Basic Profile? A profile is the shape of the blade when seen from the side. Prosharp Profiling has been maximizing player speed since 1986. Prosharp Profiling focuses on four areas; acceleration, agility, speed, and stability. Basic Profiles will maximize these skating qualities making you a faster and more stable skater. After profiling is complete, blades are sharpened and made ready for the ice at no additional cost if selected at checkout.

The Zuperior agility profile is ideal for the aggressive skater who makes quick changes of direction, such as a winger who needs to retrieve a puck from the corner and benefit from quick acceleration and glide speed. The enhanced balance and stability of the profile will help battle off opponents.

Prosharp Quad profiles are the most advanced profile on the market combining 4 different radii to optimize blade surface contact in all situations. This profile is ideal for centers and defense who cover a lot of ice, frequently making quick changes in direction. The profile is agility focused with speed, stability and acceleration maximized for performance. After profiling is complete, blades are sharpened and made ready for the ice at no additional cost if selected at checkout.

This profile for goalies is a triple radius setup with a 10' front radius, a 50 mm flat glide surface in the center, and a 27' foot radius on the rear of the blade for stability. The primary benefits of the profile are the increased mobility of the front radius making for more agility. The 50 mm glide surface offers a smooth and effortless shuffle with considerably less effort. The triple radius profile also allows for stronger T pushes using the whole blade and more easily transitions a player into a stop position. After profiling is complete, blades are sharpened and made ready for the ice at no additional cost if selected at checkout.

Repair damaged hockey skate eyelets to keep your gear in top condition. 25 dollars for the 1st eyelet, $2.00 for each additional eyelet. Not sure what you need? Contact us for a repair estimate.

Replace 1 broken and damaged figure skate hooks or eyelets. The repair requires careful hand-drilling of damaged hooks and eyelets before pressing in new hardware. * Skate hooks and eyelets that are not visible from inside the boot require additional repair procedures. Please get in touch with us for an estimate on those repairs.

A full tuneup for your skates! Complete skate inspection including rehabilitation and cleaning of major components including the boots, holders, steel runners and all hardware. Loose or damaged eyelets are replaced, and the holders and boots thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and deodorized. Runners are cleaned of any hard water scale, dirt, or surface rust buildup which affects edge quality and retention. Laces are replaced and the skates finished with a fresh sharpening. Keep expensive equipment looking and performing their best with skate rehab.

Why buy a brand new hockey stick just because your skater grew a few inches? Stick extensions are a great way to save hundreds of dollars and maximize your investment. Our process is simple. We custom fit a wooden stick extension to look, feel, and perform just as the stick did originally. The stick extension is inserted into the end of your stick with a rugged adhesive to withstand any abuse thrown at it. It is then cut to your specifications for a perfect fit. Extension, adhesive, and labor included.
